Stay strong ! And continue riding this rollercoaster!
If anyone still not clear what ascension is and what we are going through I would like to offer this simple explanation of what it is and what we are in general each experiencing and what each of us can do to assist in the times of greatest change and evolution!
Ascension is about humanity evolving into a higher consciousness and rising to a higher vibrational level!
This is a radical metamorphosis of our whole Being on every level as we are still residing within the human form!
This is not an easy process and lots and lots has to be embraced as we continue to ride this radical roller coaster of an ascension ride.
This process requires you becoming the warrior or light and being fully committed to this process. And knowing that you are being assisted!
Our beloved Angelics and ascended masters and guides and Prime Creator assisting us on all levels!
But what are you doing ? How are you contributing to your radical change. The best you can do is Let Go of hanging on to all that doesn’t serve or resonate any more and stop resisting the inevitable! Embrace the change! Be compassionate toward yourself and others.
You see all the chaos that is unfolding all over ! See it with compassion but not attachment or judgment! Massive purging is going on and cleansing ! Us as individuals and us as humanity collective and planet!
What you can do to help! Allow, let go, stop resisting, live in the heart , come out of ego , stop being judgmental but exercise discernment, breathe, meditate, relax more so you can be more in allowing mode, spend time in nature , eat healthy , let go of habits that poison your system such as drugs and alcohol, and most of all, Be LOve ! And bring as much beauty into this world as you can! The world needs it! It needs you becoming the Warrior of the light for the light ! So grab your sword of light and put up your armor of light and become what you truly are in your essence in your most true form , you at the Source, while human that you are!
