Which oils to use?
Essential oils of peppermint, ginger, grapefruit, basil and cypress are at the top of the list. Other oils such as frankincense, clary-sage are known to help also.
Running the oils in the diffuser throughout the day can be of great help – peppermint, basil, grapefruit.
Making a body oil with peppermint (ciruculation-blood supply), cypress (circulation -opens air ways), ginger – warming and circualtion. Using this oil around the head, soles of feet and entire body massage.
Or just smelling the oils right out of the bottle several times a day. Peppermint is the best choice here.
All of the methods above can help you control or reduce your symptoms of virtigo.
If I were to pick one oil, it would be peppermint!
Remember peppermint in low concentrations is cooling and higher it is warming.
Not to be used in case of cardiac fibrillation, fever and also with epilepsy.
